FRIGOLOURO will be at Meat Attraction presenting its exclusive Selecta range of pork fed with chestnuts.
Frigolouro, the pork division of the Coren Group, will attend Meat Attraction to present its "El de castañas" proposal to customers. This is one of the most exclusive productions of the Galician agri-food cooperative, which arises from a return to the tradition of Galicia, recovering the feeding of pigs with chestnuts, which gives these products a unique flavor with a slightly sweet touch and a special aroma.
The cooperative will have its own space within the Anice stand, where it will present the different references of its Selecta range, which includes both fresh and cured products, among which its ham stands out: "El de Castañas", an exclusive ham that harmoniously combines intense marbling, delicious aroma and just the right curing point.
Coren's "Gama Selecta" comes from selected breed pigs to facilitate fat infiltration, traditionally raised in the field with maximum animal welfare and fed with Galician chestnuts, which is essential to achieve the best flavor of the meat.
