Estrella de Castilla is the brand that belongs to the family group CALDERÓN Y RAMOS, leaders in the manufacture and marketing of quality Iberian products. We control all the processes and have the best facilities and technologies to guarantee maximum excellence without losing our commitment to tradition and origin.
Since 1982 we have been working under a meticulous process of natural and artisan curing in the production of hams, shoulders, loins, sausages and all kinds of products from the Iberian pig.
We have IFS FOOD and BRC certificates as well as Welfair Tm certification for animal welfare.
Our products are sold both in the national and international market, currently exporting to more than 30 countries all over the world.
