My trajectory in the booming sector of low-cost automac staons extends over a decade,

would expand notably: from being an inial team of 15 people and exceeding one million euros
in billing in the first year, to becoming a company of more than 350 employees that, in 2022,
billed 750 million euros.
My evoluon towards leadership roles began with the task of expanding in Andalucia and was
consolidated, four years aer joining the company, in my promoon to Director of Expansion in
Spain. In this posion, I created and led an effecve team of 12 people, achieving the opening
of 150 new staons and managing more than 75 projects. This phase not only meant rapid
growth for the company but also consolidated my experience in expansion strategy, project
management, and team leadership, ensuring that each new locaon was not only successfully
inaugurated but also operated efficiently and was profitable from the start.
In 2019, I took on the excing challenge of internaonalizing the company, accepng the role
of Development Director in Spain and Portugal. From this posion, I not only managed
expansion teams in both countries but also supervised the pricing and commercial
departments, navigang through the complexity of operang in two disnct markets with their
own sets of challenges and opportunies. This role has not only allowed me to apply and
expand the skills acquired in my previous posions but has also been a testament to the power
of adaptability and deep understanding of the sector, facilitang sustained growth beyond
