Born in Gavà (Barcelona) in 1975. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in Labour Law and Social Security from Pompeu-Fabra University.
At the organic level, since 2012 she has been the first secretary of the PSC in Gavà. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the PSC of Baix Llobregat and is a member of the PSC National Council.
Raquel Sánchez has been a member of the PSC Executive since 2016. Until December 2019 as Secretary for Women's Policies and since then as Secretary for Strategy and Climate.
In 2015 until 2019 she was appointed first vice-president of the Consell Comarcal del Baix Llobregat and also second vice-president of the Spanish Network of Cities for Climate until 2021.
From 2019 to 2021 she was institutional vice-president of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and vice-president of the Executive Committee of the Airport Regions Council.
From 2020 to 2021 she was elected representative of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces in the National Climate Council

José Vicente de los Mozos was born in 1962, is married and has 4 children. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Production Techniques from CESEM in Madrid and an Executive Program from Stanford University (SEP).
Since June 2020, he has combined his work with the position of Chairman of the Executive Committee of IFEMA.
In February 2022 he was distinguished by the Spanish Government with the Gran Cruz de la Orden de Isabel la Católica.

Jorge Rodrigo Domínguez

Jorge Rodrigo holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Pontifical University of Comillas and has completed various public management programmes at the University of Navarra (IESE Business School) and the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
He currently holds the post of Councillor for Housing, Transport and Infrastructures.
Between June 2019 and June 2023 he has been a Member of the Madrid Assembly, as well as First Vice-President of the Bureau since October 2020.
Between May 2018 and June 2019 he was head of the Directorate-General for Relations with the Assembly.
Jose Luis Martínez-Almeida

He joined the Corps of State Lawyers by competitive examination in 2001. He practised in Gerona (2001-2002), Toledo (2002-2003) and in Madrid, at the High Court of Justice (2003-2007).
In 2007 he was appointed Director General of Historical Heritage of the Community of Madrid, holding the post until 2011.
From 2011 to 2013 he served as Secretary General of the Governing Council of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, and as Secretary General of the Board of Directors of SEPI Desarrollo Empresarial (SEPIDES) between September 2013 and April 2014, also assuming the direction of the legal department.
On 28 April 2017 he was elected to succeed Aguirre as spokesperson for the Popular Municipal Group.
As head of the list of the PP candidate in the municipal elections of 26 May, he was elected councillor. After the PP reached an investiture agreement in coalition with Ciudadanos and with the support of Vox, he was sworn in as mayor of Madrid on 15 June 2019.
In the municipal elections of 28 May 2023, Almeida revalidated his mandate, achieving an absolute majority in Madrid with 29 councillors.
