The full reactivation of the trade fair schedule in 2022 has resulted in maximum capacity levels at the IFEMA MADRID exhibition centre during the first quarter of the year, leaving it necessary to make some adjustments to the schedule and hosting in the pavilions. Because of this, EXPODENTAL, the major international event for the dental industry, will be relocated and will now take place in Pavilions 6, 8 and 10 at IFEMA MADRID from 24 to 26 March.
EXPODENTAL has already confirmed the participation of 274 exhibiting companies within 21,807 m2 of exhibition space, which was initially planned for Pavilions 2 and 4, but will now take place in the new pavilions to ensure that the location is a perfect fit for the needs of the exhibiting companies.
Alongside this, the EXPODENTAL 2022 organisation continues its work on various actions geared toward strengthening the representativeness and international reach of this major commercial platform, boosting dynamism and enhancing business opportunities for this innovative industry, which promises to present some important new products and innovations after two years without trade events.
While the trade fair will attract plenty of commercial interest, with the very latest in technological advances, solutions and services for the sector, EXPODENTAL will also feature a special area for the Training Sector. This area will bring together the best academic information on degree-level, postgraduate and continuous training for dental professionals, with the participation of universities, training centres, scientific societies, professional associations and companies, and with its own specific space for presentations and talks. The first day, Thursday 24 March, will be STUDENT DAY. This special edition will of course include a programme of presentations by the exhibiting companies, which will take place in EXPODENTAL’s two Speakers’ Corners and which will showcase some of the most innovative technologies, solutions and treatments developed in recent years.
EXPODENTAL will also provide the framework for the 2nd Ibero-American Round Table, chaired by Dr Oscar Castro, president of the General Council of Dentists in Spain, while the Community of Valencia will be the Guest Region for this show, promoting and facilitating attendance for the region’s professionals at the trade fair and offering strong business potential for companies in the dental sector.
