IFEMA Convenciones y Congresos is a division specialised in the management of space rental for the organisation of events, congresses and fairs organised by other companies.

We currently have two venues, IFEMA Feria de Madrid and, since January 2019, IFEMA Palacio Municipal. Both spaces are well connected to the city centre and close to the airport. The Feria de Madrid metro station is located next to the entrances to both facilities.

For the past two decades the MICE activity has represented an important business model for IFEMA which contributes to Madrid's positioning as a place for large international  events.

IFEMA has its own Division for Public Fairs and Leisure Events that handles the management and marketing of venues for Concerts and Festivals, both large and small. It includes a Coordination Office, with a team specialised in the sector to advise promoters in the most appropriate way to suit the needs of their projects.

We currently have two sites, Feria de Madrid and IFEMA Palacio Municipal, offering space for between 1,800 and nearly 19,000 people, with areas equipped with the latest technology. The Palacio Municipal auditorium has seating for 1,812, as well as a number of multi-purpose rooms of varying sizes. Feria de Madrid has 200,000 m² of space split into 12 halls, 5 outdoor areas with accommodation for between 5,000 and up to 35,000 people, and the new 5.1 Space. Together, they offer a wide variety of spaces and configurations tailored to each promoter's requirements, with a combination of outdoor and indoor options.

IFEMA offers different spaces where it is possible to hold from conventions, congresses and product presentations, to conferences, symposiums, meetings, gala dinners, sporting events or concerts, among others.
