AULA and EDUCATION WEEK 2021 will exceptionally be held in virtual format
From the 17 to 20 March 2021, from Feria de Madrid
After the meeting of the AULA Organising Committee, which was held on the 4 December, it was decided that AULA and Education Week 2021 would be held in virtual format. The special virtual edition of AULA will be held from Wednesday 17 to Saturday 20 March, , from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
The International Higher Education and Ongoing Training Fair and Schools Day will also be held during these same dates. In the case of Expoelearning, it will hold meetings pertaining to the e-learning sector and its response to the context brought about by the pandemic, and its usual dates (25-year Congress on e-learning and Trade Fair) have been changed to coincide with Simo Education 2021 (from the 2 to 4 November 2021). The RED Congress will hold meetings within the framework of Education Week, especially around education orientation, within the Simo Education Summit, which will take place on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 March, in the afternoons. All of these events will have a special focus on Latin America.
On the other hand, depending on how the pandemic evolves, there is a possibility of holding a special in-person event, with a simple format adapted to the needs of companies and institutions that will focus on education orientation. This event would be held between May and June next year, and it would have all of the health guarantees, in accordance with the steps being implemented by IFEMA for all of its events, following the recommendations issued by the authorities. The decision will be made in February, at the Organising Committee meeting.
AULA and Education Week are events at the service of the education community that offer a comprehensive view of the educational offer throughout all cycles, with a geographical scope that not only includes Spain, but also, and especially, Latin America.
