SIMO 2012

OPEN GREEN

  • EOI Open Green Returns to SIMO

An Area for Supporting Entrepreneurs, SME's and Technology Professionals

For the second consecutive year, the Industrial Organisation School (EOI) will bring the Open Green experience to SIMO Network 2011, an event that includes the staging of the Sixteenth Redepyme Congress. Professionals from the world of technology, together with small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs who visit the fair, will have the opportunity to discover the latest trends relating to competitiveness and innovation within the framework of enhanced environmental, social and financial sustainability.

In this respect, between 4th and 6th October, various lecturers from EOI, alongside a number of international experts, will present a series of conferences, classes andtailor-made express consulting sessions. All of these activities will be based on a familiar, direct and open format. Furthermore, a networking centre will enable participants to establish contacts, set up alliances, find investors and exchange know-how. These activities are co-financed by the European Social Fund and the European Technology Fund (ERDF).

Thus, over a period of three days, more than 50 activities will take place in the 1,000 square metres that make up the Open Green Area. This section of the fair will offer visitors an opportunity to discover and experience everything that EOI offers throughout the year. Professionals from the technology sector, together with small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs, will be able to gain an insight into the key technologies that enable them to grow in times of crisis. As a pioneering organisation within the field of the digital economy, EOI works within the areas of training and transformation of the Spanish business fabric, with a view to bringing about a new economic and social outlook. The companies of the future are trained at the school of the present.
