As an exhibitor you have access in the Exhibitors Area in my contacts network to my meeting agenda , service where you may accept and close appointments to be held during the show with the visitors registered in TRADE MEETING POINT.

When you fill in your details for the Catalogue do not forget to include an email address, through which visitors can ask to hold meetings during the show in  MY MEETING AGENDA and  you may accept.
