The Trade Meeting Point is a tool that HOREQ places at the service of exhibitors and visitors with a view to promoting relations between them, before the fair takes place, thus preparing for their participation at the event itself.
Access to this service is restricted to exhibitors and pre-registered trade visitors who wish to take advantage of all the benefits offered by this Trade Meeting Point.
The procedure for using this tool is very simple: once trade visitors have pre-registered, they must expressly request membership of the Trade Meeting Point (as per instructions indicated below). In short, the aim is to encourage HOREQvisitors to participate more actively in the exhibitor/visitor relationship, giving them the prominent role they deserve and enabling them to make the most of their participation in fair activity by optimizing their use of time and managing their agenda better. All this will help to ensure the success of all the participating members of the industry at the trade fair.
