FRUIT ATTRACTION, organised by IFEMA and FEPEX, has gathered restaurants and hotels around Madrid together to participate in VEGETABLE WEEK, an event taking place between 15 to 23 October to coincide with the trade fair.
Throughout the week Madrid will be the best place to enjoy exquisite tapas and dishes prepared with Spanish fruits and vegetables at participating establishments throughout the city, which, in addition to their usual delicious repertoires, will offer dishes featuring Spanish fruits and vegetables. Some of these bars and restaurants will offer a complete culinary experience including breakfast, lunch and dinner: the Fruit Fusion Menu.
FRUIT ATTRACTION wants to highlight the quality of these horticultural products and the sector’s professionalism and also take advantage of the media impact of the trade fair by inviting the most prestigious representatives of the distribution channel to the event. Together they will showcase Spain's range of excellent and highly competitive products while promoting the culinary potential of fruit and vegetables in the Horeca Channel and for public consumption.
