Pre-registration

Visitor pre-registration at IFEMA fairs is now easier and more rapid than ever.  With your user name and password you can gain access to your information quickly and simply at any time.

• Already-Registered Users: If you have registered before as a visitor at any of Ifema's fairs you only have to insert your username (e-mail) and password .
• New Users: If you have never registered as a visitor at any of our fairs, you must register by introducing your e-mail and a password.

Once you have completed these steps, you can gain access to your information and register, consult and update your details, as well as indicating your preferences for any of IFEMA's fairs.

Online pre-registration offers a series of advantages as you automatically obtain the benefits of the FITUR 2012 Passport, which will shortly be sent to the e-mail address that you indicate on the pre-registration form:

• Discount on fair pass prices. Check fares.
• Discount on official prices with affiliated airlines
• Special advantages on AEHM (Madrid Hotel Business Association) member hotels.
• Discounts on Renfe and AVIS.
• INTERMUNDIAL - EUROP ASSITANCE free travel insurance.
• Free shuttle bus from the airport / hotels to FITUR and vice versa.
• Access to the Trade Meeting Point  

Pre-registration does not give you access to the fair. In order to be able to access the show ground on trade participant days, it will be absolutely necessary for you to accredit your status as such at the Registration Desks. In order to do this, you will need your ID/Passport and a professional visiting card, or a certificate from your company accrediting you as a professional within the tourist sector.

If the above documentation is not shown, entry to the show ground will be prohibited on trade participant days.
