The forthcoming edition of Spain’s leading event for the sector, organised by IFEMA, will feature more than 400 companies and brands
Puericultura Madrid, the International Childhood Products Trade Show, has published its Digital Guide to Specialist Points of Sale. This is the third edition of an online directory of multibrand businesses that have visited the event. It is free of charge and will be distributed to end consumers through different promotional activities to enhance visibility and to promote all the companies that visit the trade fair.
This guide, which is published and distributed in collaboration with Asepri, aims to bestow some well-deserved recognition on child product businesses, such as baby and maternity fashion and early childhood toys and to support sales in the childhood product sector. The Digital Guide to Specialist Points of Sale is also intended to be a way of cooperating with exhibiting companies, their points of sale and end consumers, carrying out actions that generate synergies among all agents in the childhood product sector to encourage growth in sales. This online directory is already available on the Puericultura Madrid website (www.puericulturamadrid.ifema.es) where it will remain until the trade fair takes place from 29 September to 2 October.

Puericultura Madrid revs up for a new edition in September 2016
The next edition of the International Childhood Products Trade Show, Puericultura Madrid, organised by Ifema, will take place from 29 September to 2 October at the Feria de Madrid, and will once again be the leading event for the sector in Spain. The fourth edition of the trade fair will have more than 400 participating brands and leading and emerging companies from the childhood product sector, and will strengthen its international projection to attract new ideas and buyers. The event will also show its support for emerging talent in the Starters area for entrepreneurs and will continue to organise specialised areas in Fashion, Toys, Food and Hygiene with specific actions.
The trade fair will have a Business & Fun networking area, where it will combine leisure and business, as well as offering specialised training activities for retailers, inspiration and trends, along with a plethora of activities for exhibitors and visitors. There will also be an array of new areas at the next edition such as Bebe Experience.
A benchmark exhibition for the sector
The 2015 edition of Puericultura Madrid welcomed 7,687 visitors, 1.32% more than the previous edition. A total of 476 brands and represented companies were also at the trade fair, along with 146 direct exhibitors from 28 countries. In the same way as in previous years, the trade fair scheduled a busy line-up of events, including some interesting talks for participants.
