Meetings Agenda on event website

It is necessary to register with the fair's Professionals Meeting-Point in order to gain access to this service. You were informed of your user name and password when you registered for the Professionals Meeting-Point..

Advantages:

• Creating an agenda of visits with suppliers and customers, current and potential, so that your presence in the Show allow you to reach the maximum profitability.
• Offering your services as commercial agent.
• Informing the exhibitors of the Show that you are ready to know the novelties and products before the others.
• The participants in the Show can become opportunities of business.
• Exhibitors who can contact themselves with you, being able get to convert the participation in the show of all the professional visitors on the most profitable days of the season.
• Receiving information on products sent from exhibitors, novelties that will be presented in the fair, offer of services, call to acts or private presentations.

The listing of exhibitors is periodically updated.

We remind you that both the exhibitors' and visitors' details are included in an IFEMA file in order to manage their participation at the fair and provide the services that are requested, etc., although these details are subject to current data protection legislation. Professionals' Meeting Point

“Not available for all fairs” This is a new tool which Feria de Madrid places at the service of exhibitors and visitors in order to foment relations between them before the fair begins thus collaborating in its preparation. Access to this service will be restricted to pre-registered trade visitors. The Professional Meeting Point offers visitors the extraordinary opportunity to get in touch with fair exhibitors before the fair begins. There is a work room which can only be accessed by members, and where you can collect your free catalogue.

• By registering in the specific internet area of the Professional Meeting Point.
• HAVE ALREADY PRE-REGISTERED. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER? Yes. In order to obtain the advantages of the Professional Trade Meeting Point, you need to enter your data and the password from the letter sent by the fair. If you do not have a password, please contact LINEAIFEMA on 902 22 15 15, or on 34 91 722 30 00, if you are phoning from outside Spain.

Electronic Information Point

IFEMA´s electronic information desks, distributed throughout the South Entrance, North Entrance, East Entrance and each one of the exhibition halls, run a simple yet effective programme that provides visitors with information on stand and service-area locations, as well as full range complementary details.

Wi-Fi Area

The IFEMA exhibition centre has Wi-Fi coverage in all its exhibition areas, at the North, South and East Entrances and in the rest areas. Thanks to IFEMA’s new wireless Internet access service, you can go online, send and receive e-mails and log into your company’s network without having to install any software or wiring.

What do I need to go online?

• A computer, a laptop, a PDA or a mobile phone with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g technology.

How can I get my access codes?

In order to use the service, you can acquire different length pre-paid cards, which include the service access, user and pass codes, at the Hall Information Desks. You can also acquire them online, paying by credit card, at the Show Ground via the purchase option on the service access page.
