THE MADRID BOAT SHOW HAS DECIDED TP POSTPONE THE NEXT EDITION
The MADRID BOAT SHOW has decided to postpone the next edition in view of the current situation within the industry and after having consulted the participating companies.
Although companies from the industry agree that an event of this kind is necessary in order to provide a boost for the boating industry in Spain and, in particular, in Madrid, where a very large part of the business generated by this industry takes place, the fact is that the current state of the market, which has entailed a significant drop in sales, has affected a considerable number of companies, which has led them to radically change their strategies, above all with regard to promotional and marketing investment.
In this respect, IFEMA has decided to postpone the Show and safeguard the favourable staging of future editions, at least until a series of more favourable circumstances emerge that lead to a recovery within the recreational boating sector, thus providing an appropriate framework for the participating companies to pursue their interests at the Show. IFEMA would like to thank its exhibitors for the trust and confidence they have placed in the MADRID BOAT SHOW at all times.
