This Services Catalogue has been created by IFEMA to open a new channel in Exhibitor Care regarding the contracting and rendering of services at the event.

The validity of this Services Catalogue is restricted to the year and edition of the event to which it refers. This Services Catalogue cannot be used for another event or another edition of the same event, not even when the latter occurs in the same year.

The specific conditions for contracting a service appear on its booking form. All services rendered will be invoiced and paid for according to the Specific Guidelines for each Event and the General Guidelines of Participation in IFEMA events. We remind you that you may refer at any time to the summary of contracted services and their status in the service “Viewing the Statement of Accounts and Services offered by Servifema.”

IFEMA recommends that Exhibitors frequently view the event's website in order to check whether any unforeseen circumstance subsequent to the publishing of the Services Catalogue in their possession has caused it to be updated or modified.

The entire content of the IFEMA Catalogue of Services is protected by Spanish and international laws relating to intellectual and industrial property and is owned exclusively by “Feria de Madrid” and/or others. Therefore, the texts, images, files, sounds and logotypes, together with the design and structure included in the Catalogue, cannot be understood to have been ceded to the user under any circumstances.

Feria de Madrid will take the appropriate legal action in the case of copying, reproduction, communication, confusion, deception, defamation, comparison, imitation, exploitation of third-party reputation or any other analogous or similar conduct which contravenes its rights.
