Spectacular multifunctional space at the disposal of all the professional participants of the fair. In it, a set of activities will be developed directed to stimulating of pleasant and interactive form the consumption of fruits and vegetables in all the points of the channel of consumption; to report of its benefits for the health, to explore the gastronomic opportunities that offer, to foment food healthy habits, and creating a space of debate that tries to contribute ideas and commercial trends in order to encourage the point of sale.

In the context of Fruit Attraction, IFEMA and FEPEX have organised FRUIT FUSION in collaboration with madridfusion and the Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs, a space for creating and enjoying the best produce the land has to offer the kitchen and a unique promotional platform for incentivising the consumption of fruit and vegetables to the Horeca channel, its target audience.
