The Trade Meeting Point offers exhibitors the extraordinary opportunity to discover beforehand the details of trade visitors who wish to participate in the same; trade visitors from all over the world who will visit the trade fair. As an exhibitor you will be able to benefit from the following advantages:

• Arrange meetings with visitors.
• Contact trade visitors prior to the trade fair, carrying out promotional campaigns for real visitors.
• The opportunity to send them prior information on your products, on the products and services you aim to present at the trade fair, destinations, new features…
• The opportunity to invite visitors to events, including presentations, cocktails…
• This system enables to consult on-line or even export the entire list of participating visitors of the Trade Meeting Point.

You will be able to gain access to the contact details corresponding to each trade visitor participating at the Meeting Point, including the opportunity to filter the contacts according to fields, such as, for example, "sector of interest", "country of residence" and "company activity", using this information in order to contact the participants.

This data base will be updated on a daily basis, which is why exhibitors are advised, each time they wish to use the details, to extract a new listing in order to obtain the latest updated version, thus optimizing the effectiveness of this tool.

The tool will be up and running until two weeks after the trade fair.
