Journalists and photographers who wish to obtain an access pass for ARCOmadrid 2013, to be held from 15 to 19 February, must present their official press card or the card of the media organisation where they work, at the Press Registry Desks. Collaborators and others who do not have these documents must present a letter from the manager of the media organisation, requesting the pass. In both cases they must present their ID card.
Press passes may be requested by journalists and photographers working for conventional and online media organisations, TV camera operators, and journalists from agencies and corporate media departments.
The passes must be requested in person at the Press Registry Desks in the entrance hall of the South and North doors of Feria de Madrid.

Passes are personal and non-transferable. Passes will not be issued to media organisation employees in administrative, sales and publicity departments.

The IFEMA PRESS CLUB is specially designed to make work easier for journalists in the different salons organised by IFEMA. It provides technical equipment and technology to meet the working needs of the media, and several areas to provide more functionality. The PRESS CLUB is attended by specialist personnel and has specific spaces to provide daily information on the fairs, dossiers on the participating companies, and promotional and informational material, catalogues and plans.
The Feria de Madrid PRESS CLUB is located in the Central Avenue of the site, between pavilions 2 and 4.
