The 28th edition of this event, organised by the EADV, will take place at FERIA DE MADRID from 9 to 13 October 2019
EADV, the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, announced recently that it has selected Madrid as the location for its European Congress in 2019. IFEMA will host the 28th edition of this event at FERIA DE MADRID from 9 to 13 October 2019. According to Prof. Erwin Tschachler, President of EADV (2014-2016), “The Congress is Europe’s premier scientific event, where the latest cutting-edge research and developments in Dermatology and Venereology will be presented. We are very excited to have our Congress in the beautiful capital of Spain for the first time”.
The European Dermatology and Venereology Congress is a meeting point that benefits relations among professionals from different countries and serves as a platform for the publication of studies and research in the sector. EADV organises European congresses every year. The 24th Congress will be held in Copenhagen from 7 to 11 October of this year, and is expected to receive more than 8,000 professionals from the fields of dermatology and venereology.
EADV is a non-profit organisation founded in 1987 to advance excellence in clinical care, research, education and training in the field of Dermatology and Venereology and to act as the advocate and educator of patients, particularly those with cutaneous or venereal diseases. EADV organizes annually one main congress in one of the European capitals and one spring meeting, offers training, fostering courses and online teaching for CME.
