Accreditation can be requested personally at the Press Registration Desks, located in both the North and South entrances to Feria de Madrid.
Journalists and photographers interested in obtaining a pass card for Feria de Madrid exhibition centre must show their official press card or the card of the media for which they work. In the case of collaborators, or those who do not avail of any of the above documents, they must produce an official letter from the head of the media requesting said accreditation. In both cases, the person must also show his/her personal I-D.
Accreditation is personal and non-transferable. Accreditation will not be extended to media personnel from administration.
Press accreditations are issued exclusively to the media. Bloggers must apply by email for accreditation in advance, providing all their personal details as well as links to the blog. IFEMA’s Department of Communication reserves the right to authorize such accreditation, after assessing the blog’s contents and impact.
These guidelines are not applicable to Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week, for which press accreditation must be requested directly from the IFEMA Communications Office.

The IFEMA PRESS CLUB is specially designed to make work easier for accredited journalists at the various trade fairs organised by IFEMA. It provides technical and technological equipment adapted to the media's work needs . Attended to by specialist staff, the PRESS CLUB offers specific spaces for delivering daily information on trade fairs as well as dossiers on the participating businesses, promotional and informational material, catalogues and plans.
The Feria de Madrid PRESS CLUB is located in the site's Central Avenue, between halls 2 and 4.
