Textile editors and “Interior design solutions”
Once again Intergift will show in September the most exclusive side of interior design with “Textile Editors”, which this time will see 120 international leading brands in textile design, wallpaper and wall coverings. In its fifth edition, this area will bring together the largest and most comprehensive representation of specialised companies that will turn Hall 1 at IFEMA into the largest showcase of the elite in decoration.
As a new feature, it will share space with the new area “Interior Decorating Solutions”, becoming an exclusive area for interior design, residential decoration and the contract channel. Hall 1, the main visitor access to the facilities, will be bursting with identity, and will be one of the main features of the upcoming edition.
The proposals presented by the exhibitors in their collections show a wide variety of trends full of colour and textures, materials and styles, along with original prints.
The professional attendees will see everything from velvet sofas, armchairs made of leather combined with steel, rounded shelving in natural-colour oak and aged gold iron, lamps in all sizes, white wooden buffets, English-style cabinets, dressers, shelving, television stands, night-stands and chests of drawers, in gold and silver materials. Alongside these we can find hand-crafted furniture and lamps made of natural fibre such as esparto grass and wicker. As usual, decorative elements such as vases, candles, figurines, etc., which are essential for that special touch in a home, will again be quite varied and innovative, with a wide range of collections.
The fabric used in the collections is also quite varied. From wool, linen and cotton to velvet, chenille, jacquard, cheviot, tweed, piqué, silk and jute combined with viscose. A feast of colour is again the norm, as well as flower, tropical and geometric prints.
