In accordance with a report by the AEF (Spanish Association of Franchisers), thirty-four specialised real estate agency brands operate within Spain, with a turnover of 287.7 million euros. In addition, the property management segment counts with ten brands with a turnover of 35.3 million euros.
Expofranquicia will be held from 20 to 22 April in IFEMA Hall 7.
From amongst the more than 500 brands that will present their business proposals at Expofranquicia 2017, the real-estate sector will offer a broad variety of ideas and new concepts to be developed under the franchise formula. The Show, which will be held between 20 to 22 April in IFEMA Hall 7, will bring together a highly representative and multi-sector offer, with hundreds of proposals adapted to different profiles and investment budgets.
From amongst the real estate brands that will participate in this edition, visitors will be able to obtain information relative to well-established brands with millions of transactions each year, such as Century 21, Remax or Retail Real Estate Services; on low cost brands such as PGS Inmo Invest, which do not require premises or employees; and on specialised property and wealth management concepts, such as LDC and Grupo Marcal, or on the lease management of business premises, such as Carmila, inter alia.
In that entrepreneurs are once again focusing on the real estate franchise business, which is recovering a new verve after the difficulties encountered with the bursting of the real estate bubble. According to a report from the AEF, the Spanish Association of Franchisers, a total of thirty-four specialised real estate agency brands are currently operating within our country, with 1,287 establishments, turnover of 287.7 million euros, and 3,499 employees. Additionally, the property management segment counts with ten brands, 306 establishments with a turnover of 35.3 million euros, and 584 employees.
EXPOFRANQUICIA will be rounded off by various activities aimed at franchisers, franchisees and future franchisees, all to be held under the umbrella of the Foro Madrid Franquicia (Franchise Madrid Forum). A programme designed in collaboration with the AEF, the Spanish Association of Franchisers, which will include content relating to training and consultancy, with the participation of consultants, exhibiting companies and franchisees.
