SPECIFIC ASSEMBLY REGULATIONS FOR FREE DESIGN STANDS
PRODUCERS AREA: Producers Area and Food Industry related to Fruit and Vegetables (see point 3.1 and 3.2 in the Application Form)
The Free Design option is available for stands over 128 sq.m. and must be indicated on the Exhibitors’ Application Form.
With the aim of maintaining the concept of an open, accessible, exhibition with maximum visibility for each Exhibitor, the specific assembly regulations for free design stands are the following:
• Height
The maximum height of any element located within the first metre and a half of the aisle perimeter should be 1 m. The maximum height for the rest of the stand should be 3 m.
Elements may be hung from the beams of the hall between 4 and 6 metres high, provided there is a distance of more than 1 metre from the entire stand perimeter.
• Blind perimeter closures
Blind perimeter closures may be made from the first one and a half metres inside the stand and must not exceed 50% of each facade facing onto an aisle.
To make longer closures, these should be set back a minimum of 3 metres toward the interior and must not exceed 80% of the length of the facade.
AUXILIARY INDUSTRY AREA: Production and Services Suppliers and Distribution, Logistics and Point of sale (see point 3.3 and 3.4 in the Application Form)
The Free Design option is available for stands over 32 sq.m. and must be indicated on the Exhibitors’ Application Form.
With the aim of maintaining the concept of an open, accessible, exhibition with maximum visibility for each exhibitor, the specific assembly regulations for free designed stands are the following:
• Height
The maximum height should be 3 metres. Elements may be hung from the beams of the hall between 4 and 6 metres high, provided there is a distance of more than 1 metre from the entire stand perimeter.
